Terms of Service Welcome to Elliott's Cleaning Services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or services.  Elliott's Cleaning Services is a residential and light office cleaning business located at 4808 Escapardo Way, Colorado Springs, CO. Our services are provided to property owners, tenants, and office managers within designated service areas. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion if we believe a client has misused our services or violated these terms. Clients must schedule appointments in advance, and any changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. We strive to meet all scheduled appointments punctually but are not liable for any delay due to circumstances beyond our control.  Elliott's Cleaning Services are billed upon completion unless arranged otherwise. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and electronic bank transfers. Any unpaid fees over 2 days past the invoice date may incur additional charges. While we take great care in providing cleaning services, Elliott's Cleaning Services is not responsible for any minor damages incurred due to pre-existing conditions within a client’s property. Clients are encouraged to report any significant discrepancies immediately following a service. Your privacy is important to us. Any information collected during your interaction with us will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without your consent except as necessary for performing our services efficiently.
